Chickpea No-Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
2 cans garbonzo beans drained, rinsed, and chopped to a course texture
1/2 cup vegan mayo
3/4 TBSP dijon mustard
1 sheet nori, chopped finely
2 tsp capers, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well; then, add salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Options: on crackers, on top of a salad, as a sandwich, or straight out of the bowl. The nori gives this dish a deep umami flavor.
